We regularly act for telecommunications carriers who wish to deploy low impact infrastructure on land. We have significant experience drafting land access notices (LAANs), low impact facility notices, and drafting and negotiating site licence agreements, leases and access agreements for the deployment of low impact facilities.

 

LAND OWNER REPRESENTATION

We also have a lot of experience acting for land owners, including shopping centres and body corporates who have received notices from telecommunications carriers who are seeking to inspect or install low impact facilities on their land. We can help you prepare objections to low impact facility notices, negotiate commercial resolutions with carriers and manage objections that are referred to the Telecommunicaitons Industry Ombudsman (TIO).
